How many people can attend a training?
As many as you want, but very large sessions can slow things down. Use your best judgement, but don't overthink it.
We don’t cap attendance, but HubSpot training works best when it’s interactive. If a session is too crowded, it becomes harder to ask questions, work through real examples, and make sure the right people are absorbing the material.
The tradeoff with very large sessions
When too many people attend the same session, the pace usually slows. That can reduce Q&A time, limit hands-on practice, and make it harder to tailor the session to the people who use HubSpot most.
Better options than one huge session
Split by role
Separate sessions for sales reps, sales leaders, marketing, service, and admins. People learn faster when the training matches their work.
Split by skill level
A fundamentals session for newer users, plus an advanced session for power users and admins.
Keep a shared session, then add breakouts
If you want alignment across teams, we can do a short shared session for “how we use HubSpot here,” then break out into role-specific training.
