If you completed the HubSpot Training Questionnaire on our website before purchasing a training package, you’ve given us the context we need to make the next step useful.

After we receive your submission, the very next step is simple: we schedule a planning call.

Step 1: We schedule your HubSpot Training Planning Call

The planning call is a short working session where we connect the dots between what you shared and what your team actually needs.

It’s not a high-pressure sales call. It’s a practical conversation designed to make sure you get the right training recommendation—and that it’s built around how your team operates in the real world.

Step 2: We review your questionnaire in preparation for the call

Before we meet, we review your responses and look for the patterns that matter most:

  • Where your team is getting stuck today

  • Which outcomes you care about most (adoption, pipeline accuracy, reporting clarity, speed, consistency)

  • Whether the need is primarily training, configuration, or both

  • Any “foundational” issues that could limit the impact of training (messy lifecycle stages, unclear pipelines, poor data structure, inconsistent definitions)

Step 3: We recommend the right training path

After the planning call, we’ll typically recommend one of these directions:

  • Hub-specific training (Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, Content Hub, and more)

  • Role-based training (reps vs. managers vs. admins, plus cross-functional alignment)

  • A custom training package (multiple sessions, multiple roles, specific workflows)

  • Train-the-trainer (if you’re building internal HubSpot ownership)

If we believe the portal needs cleanup first—or if a small amount of cleanup will dramatically improve results—we’ll tell you directly. Training works best when it’s not fighting broken foundations.

Step 4: You receive clear next steps

If it’s a fit and you want to move forward, we’ll send the simplest possible next step—usually a link to schedule training, purchase a package, or both, depending on the training type.

If you’re not sure yet, that’s fine too. You’ll still leave the planning process with clarity on what you should do next.
