This package is for teams who want the training to be tailored to their reality, but also want enough sessions to go beyond quick fixes. With five sessions, we can cover your priorities and still leave room for practice, refinement, and Q&A as your team starts applying what they learn.

You’ll get the most leverage from this training if any of these are true:

  • Your portal works, but it’s inconsistent and hard to scale

  • You need time to train different roles (or multiple teams)

  • You want training plus time for real-world implementation between sessions

The default training package

By default, this custom training package includes:

  1. Training intake questionnaire

  2. Planning call (to define priorities, audiences, and success criteria)

  3. Five live training sessions (45 minutes each, scheduled at a pace that works for your team)

This default package is delivered as a fixed-scope training with flat-fee project pricing.

When we expand beyond the default

If five sessions still isn’t enough to achieve your goals, we’ll recommend one of the following during the planning call:

  • Move to the 10-session custom package (fixed-scope, flat-fee project pricing)

  • Transition into an ongoing monthly training cadence using a flat monthly ongoing fee (weekly, twice monthly, or monthly)

We’ll keep the recommendation practical and tied to outcomes.

  1. Questionnaire to understand goals, pain points, and portal realities

  2. Planning call to shape a clear agenda and a session-by-session plan

If you’re unsure what to focus on, we’ll bring a plan that works. If you have specific goals, we’ll align the sessions tightly to those outcomes.

The agenda is set based on the questionnaire and planning call. Common focus areas include:
