A flexible, choose-your-own-focus training package designed around your goals, your portal, and your team.
Sometimes a “Hub-specific” training is too narrow, and a role-based track is too long. This package is for the middle ground: you know you need help, you know HubSpot matters, but you want the agenda to be shaped around what’s actually happening in your business right now.
We’ll use a proven process to diagnose what matters most, then run three focused sessions that help your team make real progress quickly.

The default training package
By default, this custom training package includes:

Training intake questionnaire

Planning call (to define priorities, audiences, and success criteria)

Three live training sessions (45 minutes each, scheduled at a pace that works for your team)
This default package is delivered as a fixed-scope training with flat-fee project pricing.

Default term: Planning process plus three sessions (commonly completed over 2–4 weeks, depending on scheduling)
Default pricing model: Flat-fee project pricing

When we expand beyond the default
If the issues you’re trying to solve are broader than three sessions can realistically cover, we’ll recommend one of the following during the planning call:

Move to the 5-session or 10-session custom package (still fixed-scope, still flat-fee project pricing)

Transition into an ongoing monthly training cadence using a flat monthly ongoing fee (weekly, twice monthly, or monthly)
We’ll keep the recommendation grounded in your goals and your team’s capacity.
