Custom Training Package (10 Sessions)

A comprehensive custom training package for teams that want deep enablement across processes, roles, and real-world use cases.

This is the “go deep” option. Ten sessions gives us enough space to train multiple roles, cover multiple priorities, and build lasting capability. It’s ideal when HubSpot is a core operating system for your business and you want your team to be genuinely fluent—without relying on guesswork or tribal knowledge.

The default training package

By default, this custom training package includes:

  1. Training intake questionnaire

  2. Planning call (to define priorities, audiences, and success criteria)

  3. Ten live training sessions (45 minutes each, scheduled at a pace that works for your team)

This default package is delivered as a fixed-scope training with flat-fee project pricing.

When we expand beyond the default

If your team wants continuing reinforcement after the ten sessions, we commonly transition to an ongoing monthly training cadence using a flat monthly ongoing fee (weekly, twice monthly, or monthly). That ongoing cadence is especially helpful when your processes evolve, teams change, or you want ongoing coaching as HubSpot grows with you.

We’ll discuss the best next step during the planning call as we shape the overall roadmap.

Customizing your training (without reinventing the wheel)

Ten sessions can go in a hundred directions. Our job is to make it focused.

Every engagement follows the same proven process:

  1. Questionnaire to understand goals, team structure, and portal realities

  2. Planning call to map a session plan with clear priorities and outcomes

  3. Training sessions built around your real workflows, with time for practice and iteration

If you don’t have a clear internal process yet, we’ll help you establish one. If you do, we’ll train your team to run it inside HubSpot consistently.

What you can expect to cover

The agenda is set based on the questionnaire and planning call. Common focus areas include:

  • End-to-end lifecycle design (definitions, stages, handoffs, governance)

  • Data quality and property strategy that supports reporting and automation

  • Automation strategy and workflow patterns that are scalable and maintainable

  • Marketing execution and campaign structure (when relevant)
